Level of Care (assessed by licensed nursing staff) provides for assistance with each resident’s personal care needs and activities of daily living. This includes medication management, bathing assistance, laundry services, daily wake-up and tuck-in services, and lifestyle assistance.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT / COMMUNITY FEE $1000
The Reservation Deposit is a one-time, fully-refundable fee which reserves the unit of your choice for up to 30 days. Upon occupancy of the unit, this fee transfers to a non-refundable Community Fee to be used for Ash Street maintenance, repairs, alteration to the community, etc. at the discretion of the facility.
PET FEE $1000
Pets in residence are subject to the consent of Ash Street Place. Pet Fee is a non-refundable one-time fee required upon admission of pet.
MEALS
The cost of all meals is included in the monthly rate. Guest meal fees $10.00 per person.
ROOM & BOARD INCLUDES
- Utilities, excluding telephone service
- Private control heat and air units
- Maintenance of common areas and grounds
- General maintenance of your studio
- 24-hour security
- Cable television fee
